Toll Global Forwarding GmbH

Toll Global Forwarding GmbH is the German arm of Toll Group, a logistics and transport operator founded in 1888 by Albert Toll. The company moves cargo by air, land and sea, providing freight forwarding, transportation logistics and supply chain management to businesses worldwide. It is part of the Japan Post group, which extends its combined reach across international networks.

The operation spans 500 sites across 29 markets, with a forwarding network covering 150 countries. More than 16,000 people work for the group, whose activities run over more than 130 years of continuous operation. Work at the company covers air, land and sea operations, from routine regional deliveries to complex multimodal shipments crossing several borders.

Services fall into four main areas: a global forwarding network for air, land and sea freight; specialised freight for goods such as fuel, medicine and raw materials; everyday delivery services for businesses and communities; and integrated logistics solutions that combine supply chain functions for complex problems. Industries served include energy and fuel supply, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and industrial raw materials.
