Divall's Earthmoving & Bulk Haulage is a family-owned company based in Carrick in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales. Established in 1991 with bulk haulage among its founding service lines, it operates across Goulburn-Mulwaree and surrounding areas. The business is run by brothers Michael and Andrew Divall, and the family's connection to the Carrick area dates back more than 50 years, to Johnny Divall's purchase of the Lone Pine property.

The company's work spans bulk haulage, earthmoving, civil works, plant hire, quarrying, crushing, screening, recycling, demolition, bitumen, and sand and soil supply. Projects range from residential landscaping to major public and private construction. Quarry operations include the Carrick quarry, acquired in 1991. Plant hire is offered with experienced operators matched to each project alongside modern equipment.
