Established in 1984, Land Transport is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join its Brisbane workshop team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Full-time position based at the Richlands depot
Servicing, maintaining and repairing trucks and trailers
Working within an established workshop team
Maintaining late-model heavy vehicles and equipment
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Overtime and call-outs may be required
REQUIREMENTS
Current Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Trade Certificate
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience servicing and maintaining trucks and trailers
Experience with late-model Kenworth, Mack, Volvo and WST prime movers
Experience working with various trailer types
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Forklift (FL) licence viewed favourably
Motivated, reliable and experienced
